The International gastronomic festival “Bosanski dukat”, held from 28 – 30 November in Sarajevo was closed yesterday in the Holiday Hotel.
Masters of gastronomy e.g. at least 150 chefs from over 15 countries demonstrated their skills and competed in making dishes with fish, vegetarian dishes and artificially shaped specialties in artistic confectionery. The goal of the competition was to promote offer from the national menus, alimentary and wine industry as well as to promote milk, meat and bakery products.
The organizer of this year’s, 3rd festival “Bosanski dukat” was the Association of gastronomists “Gastro corner” from Sarajevo.
