General Logistic building a Logistics Center in Sarajevo?

13664430_1795246637378679_816555351_nThe company General Logistic recently started the construction of a logistics center in Sarajevo (near the building of Sarajevogas).

From the management of General Logistic said that the construction started at the request of customers and their logistics partners from Europe and beyond.

“At this time, our work and development requires new, larger capacity than the existing one, so we are in the phase of building a new logistics center that will meet all the above, and follow modern logistics standards. Definitely, we will have a modern logistics center with our partners in Slovenia, Austria, the Netherlands and beyond,” as announced from the company General Logistic.

“This space includes a customs warehouse, bay warehouse, warehouse of consumer goods, animal origin, ADR materials, chemicals, and a significant portion of office space that will be available to customers who want to have everything in one place,” as explained from the General Logistic company.

Total investment value is 3 million BAM, and the facility is scheduled to be open in September this year.

Besides this project, from the management of company say that they are planning to modernize their services and to invest in the knowledge of employees.

“Also, we are planning to expand our network of business partners in Europe and beyond. It is also a very important investment for us,” concluded from the company General Logistic.
