The Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide sent a letter to the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, in which they refer to his meeting with the FBiH Minister of Culture and Sports Sanja Vlaisavljević at the Davis Cup tennis match in Mostar, between BiH and Germany.
“Yes, we must know or be aware that Dario Kordić is a hero for the majority of Croatian people.
Is it normal or is it a state of consciousness or a narrative that binds historical figures from Jura Francetić to Dario Kordić?
What is the right choice? What is truth and what is fiction?
However, when that narrative is joined by High Representative Christian Schmidt, who just two days before at our conference on the work of the Hague Tribunal stated: “Never again, the promise has not been fulfilled. It gives us a certain sign of what to do next. There is a need to do more. We need more awareness to understand the seriousness of the problem, but are we really ready to pass that burden on to future generations?”.
And immediately after that, in the company of Sanja Vlaisavljević, he tramples on his words and without the slightest remorse continues to associate with persons who glorify convicted war criminals.
Mr. Schmidt, do you have the consciousness to understand the seriousness of the problem?,” asked from the Association of Genocide Victims and Witnesses.
