It is a German company headquartered in Bad Homburg, one of the leading manufacturers of drive components in Europe. The company works for Rolls-Royce, BMW, Siemens and Tetra Pak, and will initially hail the business in the “Pilana” Business Zone in Bosanska Krupa.

In the beginning of 2019, it will install the machines and start production, mainly parts for electric bicycles whose biggest buyer is BOSCH, and then, it will begin building their own facilities at the most acceptable location that will be known in the near future.

In the forthcoming year, Ringspann in Bosanska Krupa plans to invest 750,000 euros in construction works, and in 2020, at least one million euros. At the beginning, the company will hire 10 workers, and later on, according to the needs of production, will increase the number.

All this was confirmed at a meeting held between Mayor of Bosanska Krupa Armin Halitovic and representative of German company Fabian Maurer.

Innovative design processes have helped RINGSPANN lead the way in the power transmission sector for over 70 years and the company has backed up success with investment in 13 subsidiaries worldwide, including manufacturing plants in Germany, China, U.S.A., India and South Africa. This gives RINGSPANN the capability of reacting to the needs and demands of customers in the most demanding of industrial sectors such as, mining, mechanical handling, food and beverage, aerospace, renewable energy, marine, general, machine building, automotive, medical.

Bosanska Krupa is a town and municipality located in Una-Sana Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As of 2013, it has a population of 29,659 inhabitants.
