Who is the Largest Investor in BiH?

slika_scc_frontAccording to data available to the Central Bank of BiH (CBBH), from 2005 to 2015, Arab investors have invested 501, 6 million BAM in BiH. The largest investor is Saudi Arabia with an investment of over 200 million BAM, and significant investments have arrived from Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Libya, Syria and Egypt as well.

Based on preliminary data for the first nine months of 2016, additional investments from Kuwait – 16 million BAM, Saudi Arabia – 19.4 million BAM and the United Arab Emirates – 20.1 million BAM,  are invested and most are invested in real estate.

Some of the most important investment are: Bosna Bank International, shopping gallery BBI Center, Sarajevo City Center, Hotel Bristol, residential area Hills, Zeraa Investments, amusement park Sunnyland and business center UNITIC.

Currently, several projects are being implemented: tourist town in the Municipality of Trnovo, a residential complex in Ilidza “Sarajevo Waves” and the construction of residential and business premises ” Sarajevo Tower ”.
