The chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdic, called on the public to follow how the 602 million BAM that BiH received today from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will be spent, Klix.ba writes.

“Funds in the amount of 602 million BAM, which BiH received from the IMF, have been distributed 2/3 for Federation of BIH and 1/3 for Republika Srpska. Now the public should monitor whether it will be spent on urgent prevention and rehabilitation of the consequences of the pandemic and the necessary assistance to the economy or for ‘budget vote buying’ “, wrote Zvizdic, until recently a high-ranking cadre of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).

For the money that BiH received from the IMF, our state will have to return 300,000 of interest
Andrew Jewell, the IMF Resident Representative in BiH, explained to Klix.ba why these funds were paid to our country.
It is, as he said, the allocation of the SDR (IMF’s internal currency), whose total value is 650 billion US dollars, and which is a “vaccine that will help the world” to fight the crisis caused by Covid-19 ‘
