In Sarajevo today, the company Dido promoted the luxury residence community Golden Hill, which will sprout on almost 25,000 square meters in Tarčin. According to the investors from Turkey and Switzerland, which founded the company Dido, the community will have 29 villas and many support facilities, such as sport-recreational centers and children’s playgrounds.
Burcu Uygur, one of the partners of the company Dido, noted that the company exists over 20 years and that Golden Hills is the first project that will be realized in BiH.
“We’ve approached this project very seriously. Dido group is joint company of Turkish and Swiss businessmen. In the first stage, the construction of 29 villas, sports playgrounds and social areas is planned for the first stage. Our goal is to finish the construction of these objects as fast as possible, that is to realize this project in the shortest timeframe possible,” Uygur said and added:
“Our project is worth between seven and eight million Euro. As a part of the project, about 70 people will participate. One of our goals is through implementation of this project to help the economy of BiH. Dido group has been conducting large and serious projects in Switzerland for 20 years.”
According to the investors, 90% of the work will be done by domestic company and the work should last no more than 16 do 18 months.
In the realization of the project, Turkish Ziraat Bank will participate, albeit in a smaller capacity. It will invest a portion of the funds for the construction of Golden Hills, alongside the other investors. Besides that, Ziraat Bank is interested in financing the purchase of objects in the community, Anadolia reports.
