The Government to launch Negotiation for 101.3 million BAM worth Loans in 2017?

Cement Factory Lukavac klix.baThe Government of FBiH plans to launch 40 projects of public investment (39 plus one program) in the amount of 9.1 billion BAM in the period from 2017 to 2019.  On the list of public investment only for reconstruction projects of railway infrastructure in the FBiH is planned the amount of about 242.7 million BAM. As for electricity projects, they planned the amount of about 4.7 billion BAM from 2017 to 2019.

In the next three years is planned construction of postal logistics center of the Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar on location Bisce Polje and predicted value of this investment is about 7.1 million BAM.

And the project of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry – construction of joint filters and wastewater collector network in the area of Vogosca, Ilijas, and Breza has been included on the list of the public investment program (PIP), and the value of this project is approximately 137.3 million BAM.

One of the major projects which are expected by 2019 is the revitalization of Terminal Operator Terminals of Federation, and predicted value of the project is 50.1 million BAM.

Since the activities planned within the Plan of public investment of FBiH from 2016 to 2018 have not been realized, for projects of the construction of Unit 7-450 MW TPP Tuzla and TPP Banovici, block 1-350 MW, the Government of FBiH plans to start the procedure of issuing guarantees in 2017 for those projects, according to the Ministry of Finance of FBiH. The planned loan amount for these projects is 2.1 billion BAM.

The process of contracting loans for projects of support to employment in the FBiH is also planned in the amount of 57,316,000 BAM, and revitalization of Terminal Operator Terminals of the FBiH of 44 million BAM.

On the list are also public investments that are nominated for the Public Investment Program from 2016 to 2018, which were not realized. The number of projects which were realized from 2016, and which appeared on this list is 26, which means that only four projects were implemented in 2016.
