Government of FBiH allocated Funds for BiH best Swimmer Lana Pudar

At today’s session, the Government of the Federation of BiH, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Finance, passed several decisions approving the allocation of funds from the Current Reserve of the Government of the Federation of BiH from this year’s Budget of the FBiH.

One decision approves the allocation of 20,000 BAM for the purpose of financial assistance for the participation of athletes with developmental disabilities at the Summer Olympic Games – Special Olympics in Berlin.

The second decision approves the allocation of 300,000 BAM as financial assistance for the completion of the construction of the Caritas pastoral and social center.

The third decision is about approving the allocation of 300,000 BAM to the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The funds are approved for the purpose of realizing the project – Construction of the residential complex “Department B – Urlenike” of the Institute for the Care of Mentally Disabled Persons – Drin.

In accordance with the determination of the Government of the Federation from the last session, a decision was made today approving the allocation from the current reserve of the Government of the Federation in the amount of 69,700 BAM. The funds are approved for the purpose of financial support for Lana Pudar’s trip to preparations and competition at the European and world championships.

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning, adopted the information of the Management Board of the Project “Additional financing – Energy efficiency in Bosnia and Herzegovina” for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on updating the list of facilities for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the period 2020-2024. of importance for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the same time, consent was given to this list.

There are 12 facilities on the list, namely the Clinic for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation – JZU SKB Mostar, the Clinic for Infectious Diseases – JZU SKB Mostar, the Clinic for Skin and Venereal Diseases, the Center for Clinical Pharmacology and the Directorate of SKB Mostar – JZU SKB Mostar, then the Clinic for Internal Diseases with a Dialysis Center – JZU SKB Mostar, the Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases – Podhrastovi – JZU UKC Sarajevo, the Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases – JZU UKC Tuzla, the Polyclinic for Laboratory Diagnostics – JZU UKC Tuzla, and the Police Academy – FMUP Sarajevo, Federal Ministry of Justice Sarajevo, JU Institute for the Care of Mentally Disabled Children and Youth Pazarić – Pavilions 2, 3, 4 and 5 Sarajevo, as well as the Clinic for Internal Diseases – JZU UKC Tuzla and Diagnostic Annex SKB Mostar – JZU SKB Mostar.

The aforementioned facilities, it is explained in the information, have a detailed energy audit with basic information on the condition of the facilities, energy efficiency measures that must be implemented, the amount of the investment, compliance of the obtained results with one of the two criteria of the World Bank.

Based on the implemented energy efficiency measures, it is proposed to adopt an updated list of 12 facilities of importance for the Federation of BiH in the total estimated amount of 8,735,758.50 BAM including VAT. It was pointed out that the planned amount was financed from part of the loan that was granted for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Today, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, gave its consent to JP Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. for the use of land parcels of the public domain for the construction of the highway on the route of Corridor Vc, section of Tunnel Prenj.

It is about 28 land parcels of uncategorized and local roads whose status will remain unchanged and remain registered as public property in the land registry. By giving these land parcels of public property for use, the real-legal relations between the Federation of BiH and JP Autocesta FBiH d.o.o. are regulated.

This decision enters into force on the following day from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Decision on granting consent for the use of land parcels of public property for the purposes of highway construction on the route of Corridor Vc, section Medakovo – Ozimice, was amended. In addition, new parcels of public property, which were not included in the earlier decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were listed.
