vlada-zdkGovernment of Zenica -Doboj Canton (ZDC) in resignation is faced with an extremely bad budgetary inflow of funds. Government of ZDC to preserve the stability and liquidity of the cantonal budget established a program of sparing measures for this year and presented to the public.

According to the Prime Minister Munib Husejnagić in resignation, in the first months of this year there is about 40.66 million BAM income, which is a slight increase in comparison to  last year but at the same time the incomes in relation to the plan are reduced.

This year’s program of sparing measures of ZDC government will be implemented through the decision on the limitations of wages and other personal incomes, followed by a drastic reduction of reimbursement for participation in commission and employment in cantonal institutions.

This program of implementing restrictive policies of public spending, also restricts the use of official vehicles and foresees the control on contracting and procurement of materials and other expenses.

He said that these measures are a response to the demands of citizens, who for already a month and a half are requiring changes.
