vjetroparkThe FB&H government adopted a decision on approval to accept a grant of the European Investment Bank for a wind farm Vlašić Travnik-B&H in the amount of 755.000 Euros.

Specifically, in the framework of technical assistance, in accordance with the framework for investment in the Western Balkans, last year an agreement was concluded between the European Investment Bank (EIB), B&H and the public company Elektroprivreda B&H d.d. Sarajevo, to which the EIB has given grant funds to B&H in the amount specified.

The main objective of the acceptance of the grant is to lend support and relevant advice to the realization of the project of the wind farm Vlašić Travnik, which is expected to become part of Sarajevo renewable energy projects, announced the FB&H government.

The adoption of this agreement creates the basis for the signing of a subsidiary loan agreement between the FB&H and B&H, and subcontracts on financing between the FB&H and Elektroprivreda B&H, and the FB&H will make the grant funds available to Elektroprivreda B&H d.d. Sarajevo, as the end user.
