Planned Investment of 22,3 Million KM in Development of Srbac Municipality

Development projects in municipality Srbac in the next 2 years are for investment of 22,3 million KM, which should cover the implementation of 40 projects.

These funds are designed by the Action Plan for development projects in Srbac municipality from 2013-2015, which was prepared by the municipality as a partner municipality of the United Nations Development Program in BiH (UNDP).

The Acting Chief of the Department for Economics and Social Affairs Dušan Simić said that for this purpose, this year and next year 2,9 million KM would be allocated.

“From the funds in the RS 9,9 million KM should be allocated, from the level of BiH 120.000 KM, from the private sector 3,4 million KM, from public enterprises and institutions 1,6 million KM, IPA program 1,7 million KM”, said Simić.

He added that from other sources there would be an additional 2,7 million KM. Simić said that the most expensive planned projects are in reconstruction and construction of roads, and 3,3 million KM are planned for this.

Among the big projects Simić named is irrigation projects, where 2,9 million KM are planned, reconstruction of the Sava embankment defense (2,6 million KM) and low-voltage network (1,5 million KM).
