So far, 105,022 doses of doses of coronavirus vaccines from various manufacturers have arrived in the Tuzla Canton, of which 79,152 doses have been administered as of August 2nd this year.

“According to the information of the Cantonal Institute for Public Health, from July 26 to 30 this year, a total of 10,385 citizens were vaccinated. This data shows us that the interest of citizens in vaccination in Tuzla Canton is great, “said at a press conference Jasmina Brkić – Džambić from the Institute of Public Health of Tuzla Canton.

For further realization of the vaccination process, it is stated in the conclusions from today’s session of the Government of Tuzla Canton, it is necessary to speed up the vaccination process by engaging a larger number of vaccination teams and extending the vaccination time. Vaccination should be performed continuously.

As a conclusion, it was adopted to start vaccination of younger age groups, primarily by inviting people who have registered through the vaccination platform, and to give priority to priority groups and continue their vaccination.

At the session of the Government of Tuzla Canton today, the Decision on changes to the Program of spending funds collected on the basis of the Law on Forests for 2021 was passed. With the Cantonal Budget for 2021 and the Law on Execution of the Budget for 2021, the total revenues collected on the basis of the Law on Forests are planned in the amount of about seven million convertible marks.

Also, the Government gave its consent to the amendments to the Decision on determining the criteria and procedures for the allocation of earmarked funds from environmental fees of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Environmental Protection.

“This change opens the space for companies that have not yet received this form of incentive to get the opportunity to receive support. In the last three years, companies that have acquired funds for this purpose in the previous period have applied for the Public Invitation for the Allocation of Funds to Privately Owned Companies. The Ministry changed the decision in a way to exclude companies that have already received funds in the last three years, “said Minister Zvjezdan Karadzin.
