AC Food member of AS GROUP, purchased part of the assets of the company Agrokomerc Ltd Velika Kladusa within the public tendering of real estate, which took place on the 28th of February this year in the Municipal Court Velika Kladusa. The deadline for payment of the amount which was assessed by the Court as the largest offered (3,053,000.00 million BAM) is 30 days and expires on the 28th of March, as announced by the AS GROUP.
It is a Factory of livestock food, an economic object on the area of 13,938 square meters and economic yard with the area of 70,834 square meters.
AC Food was one of two bidders who has appeared at public auction, and the property is purchased on the basis of a public invitation of the Municipal Court Velika Kladusa. The property was estimated at 6,105,818.00 BAM.
The company AC Food is a new member of the AS GROUP, which will operate within the food division of AS GROUP.
AS GROUPemploys a total of 4,000 workers, and within them operate some of the largest food producers such as Klas, Vispak, Sprind, AS, Kent, Oaza, MIP Ljubace, etc. Besides food division, the AS GROUP also operates in the textile and commercial division. The total turnover of AS GROUPin 2016 was about 300 million BAM.
