Hackathon in Sarajevo from the 6th to 8th of November

embassy of tge USAThe US Embassy in Sarajevo, the Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association EESTEC LC Sarajevo and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Sarajevo are organizing Hackathon for young people from all over B&H, from 6th to 8th of November 2015.

12 multidisciplinary teams made up of 5 members will be working on the development of socially useful web and mobile applications during the 3 days, and they will attend various lectures on software development, socially involved business and ways for applications development.

Young people between 18 and 24 years old can apply at Hackathon, with condition that they are not permanently employed and that they are living in B&H. Applications are individual, via the following link. Applications are opened until the 20th of October. Chosen participants will be informed by the 25th of October 2015. For all participants who are not from Sarajevo, the organizers will provide accommodation and paid travel expenses, meals as well as the symbolic memorabilia.
