Handball team of BiH celebrated victory against Finland with the score 34:23 in Gorazde, within the 4th round of qualifications for the European Championship in Croatia next year.
Our selection opened the game with goals of Prce and Vranjes, and came to the score 2: 0.
Both teams relatively easy scored their goals, and in the middle of the first half, the team of BiH came to the advantage of the six goals difference thanks to goals of Panic.
Soon followed another great series of six consecutive goals, and at one point at the traffic lights was the score 18: 8.
A team of Finland started with a better game right before the break, and everyone went to break with plus seven goals for the team of BiH.
Later on, they played goal for goal, and it is interesting that all of the handball players of BiH except Becic managed to score.
Before the end of the match, our team increased its rhythm once again, came to a 12 point lead, and ended the match with the result 34:23.
After the new victory, BiH remained firmly on the second place of Group 3 in the qualifiers for Euro with 4 points. Spain is in the first place with 8 points, while Austria and Finland have 2 points each.
In order to qualify for the Euro, our team needs a victory against Austria with two or more goals difference.
