The Reis-ul-Ulema of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Husein ef. Kavazovic, yesterday, sent a congratulatory message to the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Toma Vuksic, on the occasion of the upcoming Christmas holiday.

“Your Eminence, Monsignor Vuksic, Archbishop of Vrhbosna, sincerely respecting the forthcoming festive days of a special spiritual atmosphere that Catholics around the world feel and draw inspiration from, and thus you as well, our neighbours and fellow citizens, I extend, in my own name and on behalf of the Islamic Community in BiH, my congratulations to you personally, Mr. Monsignor, as well as to the monks and nuns of the Catholic Church and all Catholics in our country, on the great feast of the birth of Jesus,” stated Reis Kavazovic.

He added that he prays to the Almighty God to bring the hearts of all our people closer together and to fill them with understanding and care for one another.

“And to strengthen their will so that, in shared joy and happiness, they may build a society of freedom, progress, and equal opportunity for all,” the congratulatory message of the Reis-ul-Ulema states.
