After the hearing, the judge Minka Kreho told Radončić to stay in the Court’s retention space because the decision will be reached soon.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH requested custody for Radončić, claiming that he violated the restrictive measures in relation to the house arrest.

Radončić’s defense, as well as Radončić himself, claimed at the hearing that he had no knowledge of what was prohibited to him when he addressed the press following his release from the detention unit, i.e. when he went to the celebration organized for him after he was released from the detention unit.
