EUFOR Commander Major General Maurizio Fronda meets the Greek Ambassador

EUFOR Commander, Major General Maurizio Fronda, held a meeting with the Greek Ambassador, H.E. Ms. Ioana Efthymiadou, in Sarajevo.

This significant meeting provided an opportunity for an open and constructive discussion on how EUFOR and the Greek Embassy can best support the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the meeting, EUFOR Commander Major General Fronda expressed his sincere gratitude to the Greek Embassy for all the support they provide to EUFOR, and above all, to the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Major General Fronda underlined EUFOR’s appreciation for Greece’s contribution to the mission, emphasizing that close cooperation and transparency remain essential to the successful implementation of EUFOR’s mandate.

At the end of this productive meeting, Major General Fronda reaffirmed EUFOR’s readiness to maintain close cooperation with the Greek Embassy in pursuit of common goals, emphasizing EUFOR’s strong commitment to remain visible, credible, and impartial.
