For the new surgical operation of little Ajdin Zigonja is necessary another 5,000 BAM. We here ask all people of good will, who can help, to give Ajdin opportunity to go on the treatment in the Turkish Acibadem Clinic.
Ajdin was born in February 2010 with a diagnosis of cleft spinal column. Previous treatments in BiH were not satisfactory. Ajdin had five operations which, unfortunately, were not successful.
After a series of successful activities of raising funds for the operation, Ajdin was operated in November 2015 at the Acibadem Clinic. The surgery went well and, most importantly, his spinal cord was saved. Now should follow new operation, whose term will be subsequently announced.
The good news is that he needs “only” 5,000 BAM for the new operation.
“I want to inform you that we collected 85,000 BAM for Ajdin’s treatment. This is a very beautiful and encouraging news since we need only 5,000 BAM more for the surgery that cost 45,000 EUR. There will be some additional costs of transport and accommodation in the amount of around 4,000 to 5,000 EUR, but we hope that we will collect this amount as well, ” wrote Ajdin’s father Elvis Zigonja.
Money for Ajdin’s treatment can be paid on the website www.gofundme.com and on the following accounts:
