As announced by the OHR, High Representative Christian Schmidt will make a statement to the media at 12:00.
The Office of the High Representative did not clarify the details of what the topic of the address will be, but it is assumed that these are announcements from the RS entity ahead of the verdict against RS President Milorad Dodik.
As a reminder, a large rally is scheduled for 4:00 PM in Banja Luka, and an hour later the session of the RS National Assembly will begin, which has one item: “Information on the overthrow of the Constitution of BiH, measures and tasks aimed at protecting the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
