The world-renowned H&M company has officially confirmed that it will open its first store in 2019 in BiH.

Earlier in June, Sarajevo Times wrote how the famous Swedish chain of clothing stores Hennes & Mauritz registered a company in BiH, which is probably the way for this company to open a branch store in Sarajevo.

A branch office of the company whose stores are dominating the so-called fast-fashion sector, which produces clothing for both adults and children, was registered under the name H&M Hennes & Mauritz B&H in Sarajevo.

According to the information available at the Portal of BH Judiciary, the founder of the branch in Sarajevo is H & M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB Stockholm from Sweden. Registration of the company represents the first step towards opening a branch that might be located in Alta Shopping Center, according to some speculations.

Otherwise, H&M has more than 4,500 stores that are located in 62 countries and the number of employees exceeded 130,000 in 2015. Besides the classic stores, H&M has its focus on online selling, and this service is available in 33 countries.
