How many Vehicles were registered in BiH last Year?

A total of 981,609 road motor vehicles were registered in BiH last year, of which 76,176 vehicles or 7.7 % were registered for the first time, which is by 2 % more than in the year of 2016.

Of the total number of registered motor vehicles in the year of 2017, 88 % refers to passenger vehicles and 8 % to freight vehicles, according to the Agency for Statistics of BiH.

In regard to the type of drive force, 69 % of vehicles use diesel, 27 % use petrol and 4 % refer to other types of fuel.

When it comes to vehicles that were registered for the first time, 82 % refers to passenger vehicles, 11 % to freight vehicles, 3 % to trailers and 4 % to other types of vehicles.

When it comes to drive force, 72.2 % of vehicles that were registered for the first time use diesel, 25.4 % use petrol, and 2.4 % use other types of fuel.
