Hydro Power Plants bistrobih.baIn 2016, Hydro Power Plant Visegrad produced 1,078 GWh of electricity, which is one of the best production results from the beginning of the work. Moreover, it made a profit of half a million, said the director of the company, Mile Lakic.

“Our annual plan is to produce 924 GWh, which shows that we have managed to produce more by around 17 percent and exceeded the rebalance plan for around 5%,” added Lakic.

He highlighted the fact that they used the favorable hydrology, and that the operational readiness of the company was at the maximum level.

Moreover, Lakic added that the main problems they face is the lowest price for each produced kilowatt-hour of electricity, that it is several times lower than hydropower plants located in the RS.
