[wzslider autoplay=”true”] The local humanitarian organization MFS – EMMAUS placed two new humanitarian containers for donations of clothing and footwear in Srebrenik and Gracanica. The first humanitarian container in BiH for donation of clothing and footwear was set in May this year in Tuzla in front of the Prince’s Mosque, and two new containers are now located in front of the mosque in Srebrenik, and in front of Mejdan Jadid mosque in Gracanica that is also known as Sarena (Colorful) mosque.
“Our humanitarian containers are set in three BiH cities for now. All collected items that our fellow citizens bring in humanitarian containers are classified, packed and divided to those who need them most. This kind of help is especially welcomed by customers of our center “Duje”, where 419 people of different socio-medical pathology are placed,” as announced from the MFS – EMMAUS.
Containers are designed and made by the group itself, and they are designed to receive a large amount of clothes and shoes, without fear that they will be damaged, stolen or get wet.
From the MFS – EMMAUS hope that they will continue placing new humanitarian containers in cities across the country, preferably in attractive locations, and in cooperation with religious communities, municipalities, institutions and individuals. Regarding this, MFS – EMMAUS invites all interested members of the institutions and individuals all across the country to engage in the implementation of this useful and very human project.
