In today’s accident, a man, born in 2003, died, whose identity has been established. This information was published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

Four people were injured in the accident, and as we previously announced, the girl (17) had her leg amputated.

The CS Prosecutor’s Office announced that the investigation into the tram accident that happened in the area of the Centar municipality will continue tomorrow.

“The investigation is being conducted under the supervision of two prosecutors, with the presence of mechanical and traffic experts. The necessary expert examinations will be conducted with the aim of determining all the circumstances and manner of occurrence of the accident, after which a decision will be made on further procedural actions,” the CS Prosecutor’s Office stated.

The accident caused a traffic collapse. Due to the investigation, police officers closed the main road from Pofalići to SCC, and the road from Alta Shopping Center to Pofalić was closed in the opposite direction.
Because of this, vehicles are being diverted to side streets where there is currently a lot of congestion.
