In Ilijas soon to be constructed Apartment Complex with 63 Residential Buildings

constructionIn the settlement Ilijas near Sarajevo will soon start the construction of the apartment complex “Gornji Kadarici” with the total area of 6.7 hectares, as announced from the Municipality of Ilijas, where they recently discussed the Draft of Regulatory Plan “Gornji Kadarici”.

With the regulatory plan is planned construction of the apartment complex in Gornji Kadarici and 63 residential buildings with a basement, ground floor and one floor, sports and recreation center, a religious building and the building of social infrastructure.

“So far in this area was conducted geodetic survey and compiling a report on engineering-geodesic characteristics of the terrain. All documentation is submitted to the Department for Development Planning of Canton Sarajevo, and the decision on preparation of the plan “Gornji Kadarici’ was adopted by the Municipal Council Ilijas at the February session,” said Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Ilijas, Meliha Avdibegovic.

The aim of the regulation plan is urban spatial planning and creation of the most optimal solution for a given location.

At the meeting that was attended by representatives of the Municipality Ilijas, Institute for Development Planning of CS, representatives of investors “Union Real Estate Company” Ltd. Sarajevo and representatives of the PUC “Vodostan” Ilijas, they were mostly focused on solving parking space, addressing the road through the village, addressing issues of water supply and sewage disposal.

At the meeting was concluded to submit the Draft Regulation Plan “Gornji Kadarici“, to the Municipal Council, respecting the interests of the local community, but also with respect to the conditions of the infrastructure.
