Increase in the paid Net Salary in BiH

The average monthly paid net salary in BiH in February this year amounted to 1,059 BAM and is nominally 1.6 percent higher than in December last year, and 10.2 percent higher than in February last year.

The highest average net salaries in February this year had employees in finance and insurance, 1,635 BAM, and in the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, 1,578 BAM, and in the activity of Information and Communication 1,520 BAM.

The lowest average net salaries in February were in the activities of providing accommodation, food preparation and serving, 728 BAM, and in construction 764 BAM, according to the Agency for Statistics of BiH.

The average monthly gross salary in BiH in February this year amounted to 1,622 BAM, and is nominally higher by 1.1 percent compared to December last year, or 8.8 percent compared to February last year.
