Increased Traffic Intensity at most Border Crossings

Vehicle traffic increased on most road routes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tonight we expect longer lines of vehicles on the Mostar-Sarajevo road, so we ask drivers to drive with maximum caution and to keep the distance between vehicles. Truck drivers are asked to turn off the traffic for a short time when they notice a long line of vehicles behind them, in order to avoid risky overtaking, it was stated in the press release.

Due to the rehabilitation works on the Gorica bridge, the left tube of the March 1 tunnel on the A-1 Zenica-Sarajevo highway section is closed to traffic, and vehicles travel in both directions through the right tunnel tube.

Traffic is slower during the day due to works on the main roads: Bihać-Kamenica, Stup-Blažuj, Kiseljak-Busovača, Travnik-Vitez, Ripač-Dubovsko, at the entrance to Bugojno (from the direction of Rostov), as well as at the entrance to Hadžiće.

Due to the subsidence of the road at the entrance to Vinac from the direction of Donji Vakuf (M-5/16 Donji Vakuf-Jajce), only one lane is in operation, and the speed is limited to 20 km/h.

On the section of the regional road from Ravno to the main road Ljubinje-Trebinje (M-6), traffic has been stopped and redirected to alternative routes.

Due to rehabilitation works, the bridge at the entrance to Nemila (junction M-17 with R-473) is closed, and vehicles are driving through the intersection in Topčić Polje.

At the border crossings: Izačić, Hum, Deleuša, Zupci and Gradiška, the traffic of passenger vehicles at the exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina has increased, as well as at the Bosanski Brod crossing at the entrance to our country, while at the Donja Gradina border crossing, the frequency of vehicles has increased in both directions. At other border crossings, the traffic of passenger vehicles is occasionally increased, but delays are not longer than 30 minutes for now.

Croatia: Increased traffic towards the sea and certain border crossings

Traffic has increased on the roads in the direction of the sea and inland, approaches to tourist centers, ferry ports and piers, and certain border crossings, announced the Croatian Auto Club (HAK), which advises drivers to adjust speed and driving style to road conditions.

On the A1 Zagreb-Ploče-Karamatići highway, driving is slow in a moving column, especially in the zones of tunnels, junctions and rest areas, between the Bosiljevo II junction and the Lučko toll in the direction of Zagreb

Before the Lučko toll booth in both directions, the queues are about a kilometer, and before the Demerja toll booth in the direction of Zagreb, about three kilometers.

In front of the Bajakovo border crossing, there is a column of freight vehicles in the direction of Serbia for about two kilometers.

Before the Goričan toll booth in the direction of Hungary, there is a queue of about a kilometer.

Between the intersections of Križišće and Šmrik in the direction of the Krčko bridge, the line is about a kilometer, so it is recommended to use the Hreljin intersection towards Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski.

Due to the fire, one traffic lane near the town of Ratac near Slano (Dubrovnik-Neretva County) is being used.
