The Municipal Court in Živinice confirmed the indictment of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton against 14 people for a fan clash that took place in Dubrave near Živinice, near the Tuzla International Airport.

The indictment includes: Josip Kustura, Andrej Jokić, Ivan Beoković, Tomislav Kustura, Marko Primorac, Marino Kristian Mikeli, Roko Kalašić, Alen Barunčić, Duje Penić, Ivan Vrsalović, Marko Jovanović, Josip Sivrić, Petar Vukasović and Pero Vujčić.

They are charged with the criminal offense of participating in a group of people who commit a criminal offense under Article 341, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, while Marko Jovanović is also charged with the criminal offense of damaging another person’s property under Article 293, paragraph 1 of the same law.

This is a mass brawl between Torcida fans from Split and Red Star Belgrade fans, who arrived at the Tuzla airport from Sweden, which attracted great public attention not only in Bosnia and Herzegovina but also in the region.

The incident took place in Dubrave, where a physical conflict between a large number of people occurred, and according to earlier information from the investigation, dozens of fans participated in the fight, most of whom arrived from Dalmatia, other parts of Croatia and Herzegovina.

Several people were injured on that occasion, while material damage was also caused.

An extensive police operation followed the event, and the suspects were deprived of their liberty and criminal proceedings were conducted against them.

With the confirmation of the indictment, the conditions for the start of court proceedings before the Municipal Court in Živinice have been met, where the responsibility of the accused will be determined during the main trial.
