Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH seized Large Quantity of Textile Goods

Officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH – Group for Prevention of Smuggling and Misdemeanors of the Banja Luka Regional Center, in cooperation with officials of the Gradiška Customs Office, found and temporarily seized a large quantity of goods, whose market value is estimated at around 66,240 KM. taxation of BiH. The goods were discovered during the inspection of the import shipment, and they were temporarily seized due to the suspicion that an intellectual property right was violated during their import, it is stated in the announcement. After a detailed check of the import shipment, it was determined that there were 143 “Tommy Hilfiger” T-shirts, 70 sets of “Nike” tracksuits, 14 “Emporio Armani” tracksuits, 49 “Boss” T-shirts and a hundred Nike dexers. Further competent actions in connection with the temporarily seized goods will be continued by the customs authorities of the Gradiška customs office. The Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH invites citizens to report to the open line 080 02 06 07 any form of evasion of customs or VAT, or illegal sale of excise products. All calls are free and anonymous.
