Industrial Production in Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded Decrease

In the first two months of this year, industrial production in Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded a decrease of 0.5 percent compared to the same period last year.

Industrial production in February compared to January this year decreased by 1.6 percent, while the decrease compared to February last year was 3.2 percent, according to the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In February, the production of non-durable consumer goods did not change, while the production of energy decreased by 2.9 percent, the production of intermediate goods by 6.9 percent, the production of capital goods by 7.5 percent, and the production of durable consumer goods decreased by 12.4 percent. Mining and quarrying grew by 5.5 percent, according to Fena news agency.
