Yesterday, about 80 people gathered at SPARK premises for the workshop on Internet Marketing. Topics like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, email marketing, and Facebook Ads interested many students, members of SPARK startups, as well as people who already work in marketing departments of local companies.
The workshop was held by Edin Halilović from Lilium Digital, who explained how to set up a Google AdWords campaign and how to track results through Google Analytics, in real-world examples and test campaigns. The second part of the workshop highlighted the importance of email marketing, demonstrated the benefits of the MailChimp platform and provided advice on a number of emails, depending on industry and business. In the end, we have reached Facebook advertising as the most popular advertising form lately, whose benefits can be utilised in a creative way without spending too much money.
