Dodik: It is not possible to unite BiH

Milorad Dodik, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) stated that there is nothing that could unite this country, assessing that stories about divisions that would occur due to a decision of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) are exaggerated.

Commenting on protests by citizens in front of the OHR building which started on Monday, who came to oppose the announced decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt on amending the Constitution of the FBiH and the Election Law of BiH, Dodik pointed out that BiH is divided.

“And that is clear to everyone, except for those who see their concept of life in BiH in the story of unity, in which one nation is making all decisions, and the other two are being majorized,” said a member of the Presidency for the Srna news agency.

According to him, “if they hadn’t advocated BiH as a Muslim country from the beginning, and looked at the others only until the natural increase did its thing, they probably wouldn’t be protesting today, falsely pretending that they were there on behalf of everyone”.
