High Representative, Valentin Inzko welcomes, yesterday’s unanimous decision of the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH to support the appointment of four judges of the Council for the Protection of vital national interests of the Constitutional Court of the Federation BiH.
This is an important step to ensure that the Constitutional Court of the Federation has the full capacity needed to fulfill its constitutional responsibilities.
The High Representative calls the House of Peoples to complete the appointment process so as to approve the judges at their next meeting scheduled for today, was notified from OHR.
