Interview with Dino Merlin, World known Musician

Dino Merlin, even after almost 40 years of musical career and concerts attended by 100.000 people, sees every concert as the most important. This was also the case in the Rudolf Weber-Arena in Oberhausen.

The attitude towards the audience is noticeable already after the first appearance on the stage, which changes from year to year, because Dino Merlin keeps up with the times, both technically, and the one that leads to young people. What is in the foreground is a sincere attitude toward the audience.

“Honesty is the word that the world needs the most. We should be honest with each other. Many of the difficulties that the world has now would be easier to bear if there was honesty. We need to create a playground for young people where they can play with their individualism, and no one should be judged for pursuing a better life,” Merlin stated,

After the spectacle in the Rudolf Weber-Arena

He held a concert in the German city of Oberhausen, where two and almost three generations who grew up listening to his music were present.

“I am flattered that generations of people have grown up with my songs. This is something that is most valuable in my life because I have met people countless times or heard that some children have learned a language with my songs. That was both responsible, but also grateful from my side. Now when I see that the arenas and halls in Germany and Western Europe are full of parents and their children, then my satisfaction is even greater,” he added.

The audience in the full Rudolf Weber-Arena from all countries of the former Yugoslavia enjoyed a superb performance filled with numerous special effects. For some, this was the music of their youth, and for some, this is the music of their youth.

Positive commotion

There are many of those who left their countries and looked for a better tomorrow in the countries of Western Europe. When asked about the departure of young people, he says:

“The soul is looking for company. People are also existentially in need of leaving. I have no right to say anything because my position is completely different from those who need to existentially solve their problem in Germany, Sweden, etc. The whole world is in some commotion. People come and go. All this, so to speak, is a positive commotion where barriers and walls should never be built, because there is no wall that can block ideas. Of course, we, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as people living in the Balkans, should fight to attract young people with our ideas and thoughts so that they can have here what they have in Germany. In BiH, maybe we should all do a little more math; from us citizens to politicians because they are not there just because they are elected by the citizens.”

“That whole circle needs to be strengthened so that young people can find a platform in their homeland where the fireworks of individualism can ignite,” Merlin emphasized and added:

“May the wish for peace, goodness, and happiness for all the good people of the world go out into the world tonight from this beautiful place. Long live youth,” he said at the end of the concert spectacle, in which he was awarded the Premiere Award plaque by the Rudolf Weber-Arena, as the first artist from the area of the former Yugoslavia to perform in this Arena, Klix.ba reports.
