meeting“Today, we have analyzed the results of the cooperation between the Municipality of Banovici, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Transport of Tuzla Canton and Directorate for regional roads, and we agreed on dynamics and plan of realization of the project of the construction of the roundabout, which is in the course of preparation of project documentation. This is a significant investment for Banovici and I would like to thank the Minister and the Director for their dedication to this project,” said Mayor Husic after the work meeting.

It is assumed that the project will cost around 350,000 BAM, and conceptual design will provide the first concrete data, which should be completed in 15 days. Beginning of the project is scheduled for June – July 2016.

The jurisdiction of the Directorate is to provide funds and project documentation, while the municipality should resolve property and legal issues since the land is reported to belong to the municipality, and the existing facilities, as well as those that are planned for construction, should be owned by the Directorate.
