Iran’s former FM awarded Bosnia’s Peace Prize

mehrnewsA senior Bosnian official met with Ali Akbar Velayati and gifted him for peace on Sunday at Masih Daneshvari Hospital in Tehran.

On Sunday, Head of the Center for Strategic Research of Iran’s Expediency Council Ali Akbar Velayati received the peace medal of Bosnia and Herzegovina for his humanitarian efforts as Iranian foreign minister during the Bosnian war in the 1990s.

Jasin Ravašde the President of the Center for Strategic Research of Bosnia and Herzegovina met Ali Akbar Velayati on Sunday at Masih Daneshvari Hospital in Tehran and appreciated him warmly on behalf of Bosnian people and government.

The two officials continued their meeting discussing bilateral issues, Middle East crisis and extremism in the region.
