Israel has announced that it will soon receive an 8.7 billion dollar military aid package from the United States of America (USA).
In a statement from the Ministry of Defense of Israel, it is stated that the Director General of the Ministry of Defense Eyal Zamir signed an agreement in Washington today for Tel Aviv to receive an American war aid package worth 8.7 billion dollars.
It said $3.5 billion in aid includes the purchase of vital war materiel, and $5.2 billion includes funding for air defense systems.
The Ministry states that, according to the agreement, the quantity and equipment in question will be delivered soon.
