Israeli forces threw smoke bombs at the Al-Amal Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip to force medical teams, patients and forcibly displaced people out of the building.

The Palestinian Red Crescent released information regarding Israel’s intervention in Amal Hospital, located west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

They stated that Israeli forces closed the doors of the hospital with barriers and that everyone in the hospital was told to leave without clothing.

Israel also dropped smoke bombs on Amal Hospital to drive out medical teams and patients, as well as those who were forcibly displaced.

Israeli forces set up vehicle barriers in front of the hospital gates. The Israeli army announced that it had launched an attack with the Shabak (Shin-Bet) intelligence service on the Amal district, located west of the city of Khan Younis.

They stated that Israeli warplanes hit 40 targets.

“Among the targets attacked were military buildings, tunnels and other military infrastructure,” the Israeli military said.

The Israeli army stormed the area near Amal and Nasser hospitals in Khan Younis in the morning and opened fire, AA writes.
