Issuing personal Documents is not yet fully functional in BiH

The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of BiH /IDDEEA/ announced this morning that all services that this agency technically maintains for the purposes of issuing personal documents are fully functional again.

“Services that require the use of a qualified electronic signature will be available during this week,” the statement added.

As BHRT has learned, the system, at least when it comes to the Republika Srpska, is not functioning fully as it should, which was also confirmed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) of the Republika Srpska.

“The system is still not functioning properly, and citizens cannot fully fulfill their legal obligations. The process of issuing personal documents and registering vehicles is being carried out with difficulty,” the MUP stated.

IDDEEA said that in recent days there have been occasional work interruptions at certain locations for issuing documents due to the relocation of technical systems and the Center for Storage, Personalization and Transport of Documents to new premises.
