Villa Braun klix.baAt yesterday’s session, the Government of FB&H accepted the information by the Federal Office of Attorney General regarding the resolution of the status of Villa Braun in Sarajevo.

General Services Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in charge of submitting a request to the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo, on behalf of the Government of FB&H, for approval for the use of facility “Villa Braun” with associated land in the Street Alipašina number 15 for the purposes of accommodation of cabinets of the president and two vice-presidents of the FB&H.

The earlier conclusion of the Government of FB&H obliged the Federal Office of Attorney General to conduct negotiations with the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo, as the holder of right of disposal with this property, with the aim of solving property and legal status of the facility and land, which would be a prerequisite for registration of ownership over the mentioned facility and land in favor of FB&H.
