Izetbegovic SDA-SBB Reconciliation bakirizetbegovic.baYesterday in Mostar, leader of SDA Bakir Izetbegovic announced the possibility of resolving the issues of maintenance of elections in Mostar until the end of 2017 or by the spring of 2018, together with other issues regarding the Election Law of BiH.

“I do not want to give some short deadlines. We have Croatian demands when it comes to the Election Law of BiH. We cannot solve only what is in the interest of one ethnic group. We’ll do it together. We will make a good package and finish it by the end of this year but no later than spring 2018,” said Izetbegovic.

Izetbegovic who is the Bosniak member of the Presidency of BiH, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH Denis Zvizdic and Prime Minister of the FBiH Fadil Novalic met with representatives of SDA in the city and cantonal level, and a group of businessmen in Mostar.

We came to see what the power at the city, entity and state level can do together with businessmen in order to speed up the economic recovery of this part of BiH, stated Izetbegovic.

“We will try to convince companies to invest here with some supporting mechanisms provided by local authorities and the Government of FBiH,” stated Novalic.

He added that the Government is trying really hard to invest in Herzegovina, but there are certain problems.
