hillSarajevo – the Chairman of the Presidency of B&H Bakir Izetbegović talked today to the Deputy Chief of Mission of the USA Embassy in B&H Nicholas Hill about the current situation in B&H, issues in the region and crisis in the Gaza strip.

They both expect the pre-election campaign to pass in a democratic atmosphere as well as to keep a priority focus on the activities of all institutions and political parties in helping the flooded areas.

They also concluded that the relations in the region are getting better and better which was visible when Serbia and B&H were part of the International donor’s conference for flooded areas held in Bruxelles.

When it comes to the tragic scenario in Gaza, Izetbegović stated once again his wish for the killing of the civilians to stop immediately and for the peaceful solution to be found. – was announced from the PR Service of the Presidency of B&H.

Izetbegović pointed out that America is not only a global leader in the geo-political sense but also a democratic force from which we expect to be the most influential factor in preserving the basic human moral values in international relations.
