Jasmina Tinjić in the Quarterfinals of the ITF Tournament in Podgorica

jasmina tinjicBosnia‘s tennis player Jasmina Tinjić reached the quarterfinals of the ITF Challenger Tournament in Podgorica.

In the second Round, of$ 25,000 worth tournament, Tinjić is the fourth carrier and 243rd player on the WTA list that won against Brazilian Laura Pigossi(355) with 6:2, 4:6,7:6(2). In the match for the semi-finals 22year old player from Tuzla will play against Yvonne Neuwirth from Austria (WTA 477).

Another B&H representative in the tournament is the16-year-old player from Sarajevo Dea Hedželaš. After a brilliant performance at the start and the victory over the second holder–Czech woman Renata Voracovom, in the 2nd round she is eliminated from the Slovak Karine Morgosove (WTA 453) with 6:3, 6:3.
