workersThe Agency for Labour and Employment BiH since 2011, when the project Triple Win was launched, has mediated employment for more than 300 qualified nurses/technicians in Germany, as well as in their successful integration into German society.

“The interest for the program of employment of medical workers in Germany doesn’t stop and we have good experiences in its realization. According to our information, both employers and medical workers are pleased and we haven’t had any complaints so far,” said the director of the Agency for Labour and Employment BiH, Muamer Bandić, to Fena.

The new round of interviews for all those who are interested in the realization of the project Triple Win, will be held on 26th and 30th September and the application deadline is 14th September.

All nurses/technicians or paediatric nurses/technicians can apply for an interview. Work experience is not necessary, but the apprenticeship and certification exam are obligatory, states the web-page of the Agency.

Candidates who graduated in other countries of former Yugoslavia after 1991 should submit a decision on recognition of foreign diploma, which are approved by competent ministries in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The aim of the interview is to determine personal, professional and language qualifications of the candidates. If the candidate is successful, the project Triple Win will enable them to attend free lessons in German language, including the ”Care” module and the support in integration into German society during the first two years of work and other benefits.

The aim of the project is mediation in employment of medical staff from Bosnia and Herzegovina in SR Germany.

All applications can be submitted to competent services for employment or to the Agency for Labour and Employment BiH. Time and locations of the interview will be published later on the web-page of the Agency for Labour and Employment BiH.
