After new attacks on Bosniaks and Muslims in Montenegro, the Head of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein Kavazovic addressed the ambassadors of several countries, accredited in Bosnia and Herzegovina, asking for a joint reaction from their governments.

In a letter to the ambassadors of the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the Republic of Turkey, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Italy, the Republic of France and the Russian Federation, Kavazovic has warned of the long experience of crimes and persecution that Bosniaks and Muslims in those areas have been exposed to, which is why their fear is justified when they see that the same ideologies that were the basis for the past crimes are returning to the public and political space, MINA agency said on Thursday.

The governments of the countries to which Kavazovic wrote are asked to react jointly and appeal to religious leaders not to spread hatred and intolerance among peoples and citizens with their attitudes and actions.
