OSCE Mission to BiH in cooperation with Kladanj Municipality will organise tomorrow a public debate on Draft Code of Ethics for Elected Officials of Kladanj Municipality.
Citizens of Kladanj will have the opportunity to express their opinion on the draft, which applies to all municipal councillors, head of municipality, managers of public institutions and companies and other elected officials.
This is one of activities of including citizens in the decision making process at the local level, said OSCE.
OSCE Mission wants to incite participation and communication of citizens with authorities in order to strengthen principles of democratic society and its transparency. Code of Ethics is a standard of behaviour in such society.
