BH Runners at Ljubljana Marathon klix.baAt the largest marathon and half marathon race in the region, Bosnia and Herzegovina was again very well represented with over 60 runners who ran ten kilometers, half marathon or marathon.

Far largest group was once again under the auspices of the association “Marathon” Sarajevo, precisely from the “Klix” school of running, which recorded another success with more than 25 runners.

More than 13.000 runners were on the start, and during the entire route of the race the support of the fans was enormous, which helped the runners from “Klix” school of running to cross the demanding half marathon route without problems.

The fastest representative of the school of running was Adnan Ovčina with the time of 1 hour and 35 minutes, while Maja Mujanović was the fastest among girls with 1 hour and 59 minutes. On this occasion, they both also set their personal records and improved the time they ran at the Sarajevo half marathon. Almost all other members of the group also set their personal records.

Although the year is near the end, a couple of activities still remain after a very rich racing season at which the hard working attendees of “Klix” school of running will participate (10 and 15 kilometers races in Beirut and Istanbul, then the Zagreb night cener, and in mid-November a trip to Trebević which will conclude this rich reason).
