Labor and Employment Agency of BiH: New Opportunity for a Job in Germany

agency for laborLabor and Employment Agency of BiH mediated in employment of more than 300 qualified nurses / technicians in Germany and their successful integration into German society, since 2011 when the project Triple Win was launched.

“The interest in the program for employment of medical workers in Germany is not slowing down, and we have very good experience in its implementation. According to our information, the employers are satisfied, as well as medical staff and we had no complaints so far,” said the Director of the Labor and Employment Agency of BiH, Muamer Bandic.

A new round of interviews for all interested for implementation of the Triple Win project (recruitment of health care workers in Germany) will be held from the 26th to 30th of September, and the deadline for submission of applications is the 14th of September.

At the invitation can apply nurses / technicians or pediatric nurses / technicians. Work experience is not necessary, but an internship and the professional exam are required, as announced at the website of the Agency.

Candidates who obtained a degree in education in other countries of the former Yugoslavia after 1991 should submit the decision on recognition of foreign diplomas, which is issued by the relevant ministries in BiH.

The aim of the interview is to establish personal, professional and linguistic qualifications of the candidates. If the candidate is successful, the project Triple Win will allow a free language course, including the module “Care”, a course of professional education, support for integration in Germany during the first year of work and other benefits.

Triple Win is a project by the Labor and Employment Agency of BiH that is carried out in cooperation with the Central for work with foreigners and professional mediation (Zentrale Auslands und Fachvermittlung – ZAV) in Germany and GIZ ( Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit), within the framework of cooperation with the Federal Agency for work (BA).

The aim of the project is mediation in the employment of medical personnel from BiH in Germany.

All applications can be submitted to the competent employment services or the Labor and Employment Agency of BiH, and the terms and location of the interview will be published later on the website of the Labor and Employment Agency of BiH.
